I’d rather you loved your gallery than that I kept your money.
If you’re not happy, you don’t pay.
Tell me within seven days of your gallery arriving and I’ll reshoot the session at no charge — a new date, a new location, whatever it takes to get it right.
If you’d rather not reshoot, I’ll refund everything you have paid, including the $200 retainer. No forms, no argument, no hard feelings.
How the retainer works
The $200 retainer reserves your date. Once it’s booked I stop offering that slot to other families, so it isn’t refundable if you cancel the session — though it can be moved once to another date with at least seven days’ notice.
That’s the only thing it protects. If the session goes ahead and you’re not happy with your photos, the retainer comes back to you along with everything else.
What I promise every session
- To turn up on time, and to be patient with your kids on a day when they may not be.
- To shoot in natural light, and never hold you in a pose that isn’t you.
- To deliver your full edited gallery within seven days.
- Every edited image included — no sitting fees, no print packages, nothing to buy afterwards.
I’ve been photographing families around Burlington since 2015. I offer this guarantee because I’d rather lose a booking than have a family hang pictures on the wall they don’t really love.
