About this Scholarship
Mat Tam Photography is committed to helping aspiring photographers through their college degree. Whether or not your degree is in photography, as long as you have the passion for photography I would like to help you with the increasing cost of education.

Scholarship Award
Mat Tam Photography $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to any college student (Undergraduate or Graduate) who has a passion in photography

How to Apply

- Create a video about the topic
- Upload your video to Youtube
- Name the video “(your title) – Mat Tam Photography $1,000 Scholarship 2017”
- Put the following in the description
- a link to http://www.mattamphotography.com
- minimum 100 words describing the video content
- Email the video link to scholarship@www.mattamphotography.com
- Include the following in the email
- First, Last Name
- College Name
- College Year
- Major
- .edu email
- Phone Number
- Include the following in the email
- Get as many Views and Likes as possible
College Major
- This scholarship is open to ALL college majors
- All you need is a passion for photography
Eligibility Requirements
- Only Students attending a college within the United States (Undergraduate or Graduate)
- Students from all Major are welcome to apply
- High School Students are eligible to apply only if they will be in college in Fall 2017
Judging Criteria
- Number of Views
- Number of Likes
- Usefulness of the video
- Showcase your best Photos in the Video (related to topic)
Scholarship Details
- $1,000 Check will be sent to the financial aid department of the winner’s school
- One (1) Scholarship is available for Fall 2017 School Semester
- Students are encouraged to reapply each year
- Winner will be notified by email and phone (If there are no reply in seven (7) days, award will be given to runner-up)
- Winner will be required to provide the photos in the video (in JPEG format)
