Mat Tam Photography (“I”, “me”) is a sole-proprietor photography business based in Burlington, Massachusetts. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

Information you send me

When you use the enquiry form you provide your name, email address and message, and optionally a phone number. I use this only to reply to you and to arrange and deliver photography sessions. Enquiries are delivered to my business email and kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, to provide the service and keep normal business records.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking, which sets cookies from google.com so that I can tell whether an advert led to an enquiry. Google’s use of this data is described in Google’s advertising policies, and you can opt out through Google Ads Settings. The site is hosted by SiteGround, whose servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.

Sharing

I do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this website and my email, and only for that purpose.

Photographs

Photographs from client sessions appear on this website and in my marketing only where the client has agreed to that. If you would like an image of you or your family removed, email me and I will take it down.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw permission for photographs to be shown, by emailing info@mattamphotography.com.

Children

This website is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
